Inhouse test at CUH to save €200,000
The IRISH TIMES HEALTH Tuesday, January 5, 2010 by Barry Roche..THE INTRODUCTION of inhouse genetic testing for haemochromatosis at Cork University Hospital should result in savings of over €200,000 per annum and pave the way for further development of inhouse genetic testing, according to Dr. John O’Mullane, the consultant overseeing the project.
